Bill started at D&M in March of 1996 and became part owner in 2011. Bill has been a fundamental member of D&M for twenty-eight years, and has worked in numerous roles, from retail sales, to commerical sales, scheduling, and estimating/measuring. Here at D&M, Bill's role consists of "whatever it takes" on that day and finds himself crossing over wherever help and attention is needed. Bill's focus is systematically expanding D&M's offerings and keeping D&M a great place to work and financially sound for all employees. Outside of D&M, Bill enjoys hunting, golfing, and coaching high school softball. Bill loves spending time with his family and friends at their home on the lake.
Kevin started at D&M in 1989 and worked in a multitude of positions from intallation-to-installation coordinator until 2011 when he became part owner. Here at D&M, Kevin is instrumental in overseeing quality control and pre-inspections before a project launch and after a completed installation. Kevin identifies and addresses challenges efficiently and effectively in pursuit of better serving our customers as well as making sure the quality of products and services meet D&M expectations. Kevin truly enjoys working with our team and appreciates the connections he makes with new and existing customers. Outside of D&M, Kevin loves spending time with his children, walking and being up north.
Craig started at D&M in July of 1990 and worked in sales, accounting, and as a scheduler before becoming part owner in 2011. Craig believes his exposure to these different roles provided a holistic view of how a business operates. He gained insights into various functions, from finance to operations, marketing, and customer service. This broad perspective has helped Craig understand the interconnectedness of the different aspects of D&M and what makes it a strong cooperative. Here at D&M, Craig is responsible for assisting in placing orders, receiving products, processing invoices, paying bills, payroll, and sending bills. Outside of D&M, Craig enjoys spending time with family and friends, sports, playing golf and takes great pride in his yard.
Adam started at D&M in 2009, after gaining experience through his high school's CO-OP program. Here at D&M, Adam is our project coordinator who manages project schedules with homeowners, builders and contractors. Adam also works closely with our installers to make sure they have what they need to perform efficiently. Adam is most proud to represent D&M, where we provide quality service for our community and remain consistent in our mission. Outside of D&M, Adam is a proud husband and father of two. Adam enjoys spending time outdoors, kick boxing, camping, and being an active member at his local church.
Stacy started at D&M in April 0f 2021. Following college, Stacy started as a designer here at D&M and after ten years of design experience, transitioned into our showroom manager. Stacy has a wealth of knowledge in a multitude of areas, specifically about past or current products within and around the showroom. Outside of D&M, Stacy enjoys reading, traveling and gardening. Stacy's favorite thing to do, and where you can find her most often, is with her husband and son, camping and exploring the outdoors.
Amanda started at D&M in 2017, and again in 2023 after taking some time to raise her children and explore the cabinet industry. Here at D&M, Amanda is our certified, expert kitchen and bath designer. Amanda genuinely enjoys helping clients with their design projects, incorporating a variety of colors, textures, and styles to capture their ideas. Outside of D&M, Amanda is a busy, proud mother of three, who spends her time with her husband and children, attending and supporting them in their activities.
Katie started at D&M in 2006 as an interior designer. Katie received her bachelor's in psychology/sociology, but with an evident love for all different forms of design, she decided to return to school to pursue a design degree. Katie enjoys picking finishes for new contruction and remodels, and is delighted when her clients are happy. Outside of D&M, Katie loves spending time with her family, exercising and gardening.
Lani started at D&M in 2015 as an interior desinger. Lani has always had a love for this industry, and knew she wanted to attend school for interior design, graduating in 2000 with her degree. Lani has years of experience in kitchen, bath and flooring design. Lani is passionate about helping customers transform their living spaces into havens that reflect their style and meet their needs. Outside of D&M, Lani loves spending time with her family, and enjoys reading, traveling, and being outdoors.
Laurie started at D&M in May of 2021 as a certified interior designer. Laurie has worked in various industries, but it was during her time as a research scientist, and mother of young children, that Laurie discovered her passion for finding creative budget friendly interior design solutions. Laurie's strength is listening to clients and working with them to create personal, desired spaces. Laurie is well versed in all interior design trends in homes from 1890's to today. Outside of D&M, Laurie loves vintage shopping, live music, cheering for the Green Bay Packers and spending time with friends and family.
Maura started at D&M in 2022 as a certified interior designer. After years of helping friends and family, Maura discovered a passion for this industry. Maura finds excitment in helping customers bring their vision to life and being an integral part of transformations, big or small. Maura loves creating beauty, comfort and functionality by playing with space, light, color, materials, and furniture. Outside of D&M, Maura enjoys spending her time with family and friends, golfing, running and being up north.
Kate started at D&M in August of 2022, after transitioning to full time following her internship in 2020. Here at D&M, Kate is an enthused, certfied interior designer who has always had an interest in the arts and design. Kate loves working with new customers and finds herself eager about new projects, ensuring they are executed according to specifications. Outside of D&M, Kate enjoys crafting, animals, the outdoors, and spending time at her cabin with friends and family.
Becky started at D&M in December of 2006. Becky is a certified, well versed interior designer here at D&M, and assists customers in the selection process of various flooring products for new construction and remodeling projects. Becky also composes pricing estimates for contractors to help them in their biding processes. Becky enjoys the challenge of finding a homeowner the "perfect" floor. One that meets their aesthetic preferences, household demands, and their budget. Becky takes great pride in seeing a customer happy! Outside of D&M, Becky loves spending time with her husband on their hobby farm and enjoys using her creativity in oil painting, sewing, upholstery projects and landscaping.
Paige started at D&M as an intern in 2021 and eventually transitioned to full time in May of 2022. Here at D&M, Paige's role is multifaceted, and is responsible for placing orders, receiving products, processing invoices, paying bills, payroll, and sending bills. As a third generation D&M employee, Paige knows all the ins and outs, and genuinely enjoys how every workday is different. Outside of D&M, Paige loves spending time with friends and family, golfing, coaching high school basketball, gardening and traveling.
Chad started at D&M in July of 2000. Chad has been a dependable installer here at D&M for twenty-three years and was recently promoted to our installation and training manager. In this role, Chad works closely with our installers to identify and monitor training needs, and designs, plans, and implements training programs, policies and procedures to fullfil those needs. Chad enjoys being a part of the significant transformations of customers' homes and gets excited seeing the "before" and "after". Outside of D&M, Chad loves spending time with his wife and dog, watching and participating in recreational activities.
Dave started at D&M in July of 2000. Here at D&M, Dave is in commercial sales. In this role, Dave is involved in managing customer accounts, developing relationships with potential customers, managing sales piplines, maintaining business partnerships, and providing support for marketing activities. For twenty years Dave worked as an installer before transitioning into sales and believes that experience helped him better understand all facets of this industry. Outside of D&M, Dave loves to spend time with his family, outdoors, hunting, fishing and camping.
Ralph started in 2019 in commerical sales for D&M. In this role, Ralph is a driving force behind new business acquistion and revenue growth within D&M. Ralph excels in identifying and targeting potential clients through cold calling, networking and industry research. Ralph loves that this industry is all about building relationships, connecting with clients, and understanding their needs. Outside of D&M, Ralph enjoys the outdoors, mountain biking, kayaking, fishing and downhill skiing.
Luke started at D&M in March of 2021. Here at D&M, Luke is one of the first individuals you will meet before a project begins. Luke prepares cost estimates of probable project costs on materials, equipment, and labor. Luke gathers clients' specifications, explains material options, and then uses estimating software to develop a complete installation plan. In this role, Luke appreciates meeting new people and learning new things. Outside of D&M, Luke enjoys music, playing the bass guitar and spending time outdoors with his children.
Faith started at D&M in 2024 and is in HR Marketing. In this role, Faith works to attract, engage, and retain talented employees. In her approach, Faith combines marketing principles with HR practices to enhance D&M's brand and create a positive image in the job market. Prior to working at D&M, Faith worked in education and believes her previous experiences helped cultivate communication, empathy, adaptability, and understanding diverse perspectives. All of which are essential skills in HR marketing for effective communication. Outside of D&M, Faith loves spending time with friends and family, up north, playing golf, and cooking.
